WBSSC Group C Waiting List was published by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission on its official website.
The Honorable High Court of Calcutta has ordered the West Bengal Central School Service Commission to withdraw the 3478 recommendations for candidates from Group C related to the third Regional Level Selection Test (NT) in 2016.
The candidates were reported to the CBI Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to have altered their OMR information. This means that those on the waitlist of WBSSC Group C may be affected.
In accordance with the court’s directives that total of 842 people selected by the board of secondary education will be removed from their positions and they will be barred from attending school.
In the 3478 candidates listed previously in the report, there were 785 candidates recommended for appointment by the Central School Service Commission had suggested 785 candidates for appointment.
In accordance with the latest order issued by the Honorable High Court of Calcutta regarding WPA 12270 from 2021 which was issued on 10.03.23, The recommendations of the 785 candidates (as included in annexure A) have been cancelled.
